Technology

Quiet by design.
Responsive by nature.

SleepPal doesn't follow a script. It follows your body — and adjusts accordingly throughout your bedtime.

How SleepPal responds

Four stages. One quiet process.

01 · Sensing

Following along

SleepPal quietly follows changes in movement, rhythm and relaxation patterns throughout your bedtime routine. Nothing intrusive. Nothing that asks for your attention.

02 · Guidance

Responding gently

As your body begins to slow down, warmth and tactile rhythm gradually adjust to match. Not leading — accompanying. The difference matters.

03 · Settling

Fading out

When reduced movement and a calmer trend are detected, stimulation slowly steps back. Designed to recognise when you're beginning to drift off — and get out of the way.

04 · Privacy

Kept personal

SleepPal is designed with lightweight local processing where possible, helping keep your bedtime data personal. Your nights are yours.

The two modules

Each designed for a different role.

Wrist module

Quiet sensing. Subtle guidance. Worn at the wrist, it tracks the gentle signals your body gives off as it shifts from the day into rest — without buzzing for your attention or lighting up your bedroom.

Foot module

Warmth and release. Focused foot relaxation inspired by traditional pressure points. A soft, steady rhythm designed to slow the pace of your breathing and let tension dissolve from the ground up.

A note on what this is

SleepPal is a consumer wellness product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. The technology is designed around comfort, relaxation and a calmer bedtime — nothing more, nothing less.
